Click & Collect
Once your order has been received it will be prepared for you. If you have chosen to collect your order from the distillery please wait for an email confirming your order is ready for collection before travelling to the distillery. The distillery is open for collections on Wednesdays (2pm - 7pm) and Thursdays (10am - 3pm). If these times aren't convenient please note that your order can also be collected by appointment. Simply email the distillery if you'd like to arrange an alternative collection date/time.
Royal Mail Deliveries
Most orders will now be sent by Royal Mail. Once your order has been received it will be prepared for shipping. After you place your order you will receive an email to let you know that your order is being processed. Once your parcel has been shipped another email will be sent. Deliveries using 'Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For' will usually arrive the day after shipping - please bear in mind that a signature will be required on delivery. Standard Shipping may use the 'Royal Mail 2nd Class' service which usually takes an extra day - again a signature will be required on delivery.
As a signature is required on delivery please make sure your parcel is sent to a manned address.
If your order is being sent to an address in Maidstone or the surrounding villages, your parcel may be delivered by an in house driver (or the distiller!). You will be notified of this once your order has been processed. You will receive an email with a delivery date and a two-hour delivery slot. Please do get in touch if the date/time isn't convenient as an alternative can be arranged.
